		<description>Hi Guys,

The Manuka honey is winning our hearts! As a skin beautifier, I doubt it has an equal. The skin is rid of microbes, nourished and moisturised. The result is a rapid growth of fresh new layers and a radiant look. The beauty of flowers is transmitted onto the skin.

A bad sunburn on Sunday was treated mid afternoon with a Manuka Honey Mask and the pain was gone within the hour, with the soreness all but fully abated on rising the next morning. The Manuka truly promotes the growth of new cells in record time.

You mention the issue of Local Honey. So far no one has defined how close the circle of &quot;Local&quot; should be drawn around either the beehive or the human&#039;s home, but to me it is entirely a &#039;relative&#039; term. I figure that for the men returning from the Moon, any honey produced on good ole mother earth would be see as very LOCAL.

If we made a list of things we could not use because they were not locally produced we would be astounded at how limited our diet would be, at least with regards to the treats we enjoy. For some it would include all tropical fruits, for other it would be cocoa products, coconut, etc. What a bland world it would be! The bananas in their pajamas would cease to descend the stairs!

My bedtime treat is made from whole fresh milk, generous amounts of local Stringy Bark honey, cocoa powder and a dash of Cinnamon. I can hardly get the smile off my face as I retire, and I sleep ever so well!

Have a great Spring!
